Production processes are elaborated and samples are obtained in the pilot plant (PP) equipped with a liquid-phase fermenter and a solid-phase one with volumes of 2 liters to 100 liters.

UP WITH MODERN EQUIPMENT:
Three lines of fermenters with a maximum volume of 3000-5000 liters, freeze driers and equipment for production of biomass and isolation of target products out of it.
Now the production capacities of the Bionovatic Group of Companies make it possible to carry out solid-phase and liquidphase fermentation, separation and concentration of biomass followed by obtaining a dry product on sublimation driers.

Orgamica F
This biological fungicide has stable viable conidia of the soil mycoparasitic fungus Trichoderma asperellum for an active ingredient. It is intended for the efficient protection of agricultural crops against iseases. It is the most effective against fungi (root rot, snow rot, powdery mildew and others).
Orgamica S
The biological fungicide based on the strain Bacillus amyloliquefaciens controls the development of phytopathogenic microorganisms that cause root rot, rootstock rot, late blight, fusarium wilt, Helminthosporium blight, dark brown spots, rust, Alternaria blight, scab and Septoria blight.
Recommended for arid regions.
Pseudobacterin-3
A biological fungicide whose main active ingredient is the cells of the strain Pseudomonas aureofaciens.
It is highly biologically active against a large number of diseases. Apart from having a fungicide, high bactericide and growth promotion activity, it also takes the stress inflicted by chemical pesticides off of plants and boosts the content of fibrin in the grain.
Recommended for high-humidity regions and growing houses.
Biodux
A multipurpose plant growth regulator that has immunostimulatory properties, contains a lipidic extract Mortierella alpina enriched by arachic acid. It is one of the most active compounds that activates long-term resistance to damage by pests.
Organit P
This microbiological fertilizer is a combination of viable spores and metabolism products of the strain Bacillus megaterium. As it naturally occurs in the soil, the strain efficiently colonizes the rhizosphere of crop plants showing its healthy properties in the direct proximity of the roots.
Organit N
This microbiological fertilizer is a suspension of viable metabolically active cells of the strain Azospirillum zeae.
The primary function of the preparation is the amelioration of the nitrogenous nutrition of agricultural crops through the bacterial culture that is part of the composition of the micronutrient which is able to fix atmospheric nitrogen and transform it into forms suitable to be consumed by the plant.
BioSleep BW
This microbiological fertilizer is a combination of viable spores and metabolism products of the strain Bacillus megaterium. As it naturally occurs in the soil, the strain efficiently colonizes the rhizosphere of crop plants showing its healthy pBioinsecticideagainst larvae, clutch of eggs and adult insects based on blastosporesof the fungus species Beauveria bassiana. Through the integumentary tissues, the fungus enters the hemolymph, where it begins multiplying actively. Rapid spread is achieved by blastospores, each blastosporebeing an independent infectious unit. Our strain produces beauvericinand a number of other toxins that cause muscle paralysis, and as a result the insects stop moving and eating. BioSleep BT
A bioinsecticide against insect larvae, contains spores and endotoxin crystals of the Bacillus thuringiensis ssp. toumanoff. The main acting mechanism of this chemical is toxin crystals, which, when getting into the digestive tract of an insect, change over to a soluble condition, get split by proteases to form a delta toxin, and the effect of this toxin results in the insect’s death.
The secondary acting mechanism is viable spores of Bacillus thuringiensis, which, when getting into favorable environment, move into the form ofvegetative cells. These cells, when eaten by insects, move into the spore form again creating a new portion of the toxin that poisons the insect.
